Julius Hudson

National Professionals PDC Chair

Julius R. Hudson is a Project Manager/Engineer with ICONIC Consulting Group.  ICONIC is a Civil Engineering consultant firm, headquartered in Dallas, but has grown to offices in Arkansas and Houston.  They are currently celebrating 10 years of service, where Julius has been with them since the beginning in varies roles.  In his current role, Julius manages and engineers project solutions for a variety of clients that range from but not limited to, the City of Dallas, City of Frisco, Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW), Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), and North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA). 

Julius is also a heavy S.T.E.M. advocate and illustrates this through his community service involvement with the National Society of Black Engineers, (NSBE).  As a Lifetime member, he has served in several roles within NSBE that include local, regional, national and advisory positions.  He is currently the NSBE National Professionals Chair Emeritus on the NSBE Professionals Board.  This board of 20 plus leaders served the professional demographic along with an entire society of 22,000 plus members.  Julius received his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Prairie View A & M University.  He is also a loving husband to an educator and a father to a 4 year old energetic boy.
