Alexis Parker

Region III Vice Chair

I serve as the 2023-2024 Region 3 Vice Chairperson for the National Society of Black Engineers. I am a proud graduate of Spelman College, a dual degree engineering candidate whose earned her B.S. in Physics and now attend the Georgia Institute of Technology where I study Nuclear Engineering with a concentration in Radiation and Oncology. I have served in NSBE throughout college as the Spelman College Senator and the Atlanta University Center Chapter President. I have and continue to use my NSBE experience to enhance my engineering skill set to focus on radiation therapy techniques for neurological diseases and more. I am devoted towards service in health and equity in the fields of nuclear science. I’m extremely excited to serve this year with the amazing DR3AM T3AM!
