Below is a list of frequently asked questions for your reference.

I am already a member. What do I need to do?

  1. Log into your account. Your log-in credentials (e-mail/username and password) will remain the same.
  2. Verify all of your information. If the information in your profile/account is incorrect, you are able to make changes at this time.
  3. Please fill in all fields that are blank.

How do I make corrections to my profile/account?

Once you log into your profile/account, go to the “My Profile” tab. This allows you to make corrections to your profile or add information.



How do I become a member?

We are thrilled that you want to join the NSBE family! Please fill out our online member application. The application on NSBECONNECT enables us to capture more information than before about our members. Please include as much of the requested information as possible.

How do I navigate the new system?

Once you have logged onto the site, it is easy to navigate via the menu tabs:

My Profile:

  • View/Edit your Profile – Update your information
  • About Me – This is your personal Customer Service Center. Here, you can view/edit your profile, view a saved shopping cart, make payments on an existing order, view or edit your topics or interest, view all orders placed, status of orders and any balances due, and renew any memberships or subscriptions.
  • My Meetings – This page displays information about your meeting registrations. By default, the grid shows any upcoming meetings that you are registered for and any of your meeting registrations from the past 30 days.
  • Open History – View any shopping carts that you have saved in your profile. 
  • Order History - All of your orders can be viewed here.
  • My Application Reviews – View the status of your scholarship applications.
  • Renew Membership/Subscriptions – Renew your NSBE membership or your subscription to NSBE Magazine or NSBE Bridge.
  • Saved Payment Methods – Save credit card and/or PayPal information for easy payment.
My Payments: 
  • View open invoices
  • View your payment history
  • Make a payment
Products:
  • Register for conferences, convention, summits, or other events
  • Purchase individual NSBE publications or a magazine subscription.
Events/Meeting: 
  • Register for upcoming meetings or events
My Group: 
  • View any committees, your committee, committee listings
  • View directories of chapters and companies

How do I find events?

NSBE Events are located under the “Events/Meetings” tab. They are also located under the “Products” tab. Under the Products tab, select “Browse Catalog,” and then select the meeting of your choice from the list of available meetings. Once you have registered for a meeting, you can access the meeting through the “My Meetings” or the “Order History” tab under profile.

How can I find out what other users are experiencing with NSBEconnect?

Visit the NSBEconnect Discussion Board at http://www.nsbe.org/NSBEconnect/forum. This forum is a great resource for troubleshooting or to find out how others are maximizing the capabilities of our new association management system.
