Peaking Through Networking: Message From Your Chair
Calvin Phelps
One of the questions people often ask later on in the year is "what  is it like to be a NSBE leader?" They find that they want to do more in the organization, to see how far they can go, and take that time later on in the year to talk to current leaders about what to expect. For anyone who might even be thinking a little about running for something on the regional or national board net year however, I recommend beginning asking those questions right now.
