On June 21, 2014 The Boule Fraternity National Organization celebrated their 70th Anniversary at Pizziola Restaurant in Oakland California and awarded their first ever Boule Scholarship of $10,000 to East Bay NSBE Jr. member Myron Evans. Myron's resume is attached. In attendance was Tony Harris, NSBE Founder, former Oakland Mayor Elihu Harris, and famous attorney John Burris, who are Boule Members.

Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, also known as the Boule, is the first Greek-letter fraternity to be founded by African American men. Significantly, unlike the other African American Greek -letter organizations, its members already have received college and professional degrees at the time of their induction.

Myron was concurrently enrolled in Los Medanos College where he earned a 3.8 GPA and at Pittsburg High where he earned a 4.3 GPA. The National Scholarship was a first for the Boule Organization.
