The Journey to Oz, Leadersip and Brand Identity

This workshop is designed to have participants focus on their leadership brand identity, value system and head, heart, and gut skills. There will be partner activities, group discussions and reflective exercises.

Teresa has nearly 20 years of leadership development experience in executive coaching, training, and career development counseling. She has extensive knowledge around leadership effectiveness, talent development, team building, change management, and employee engagement. Teresa’s clients have included, Delmarva Foundation, The USO, Marriott International, and AHC Inc. Teresa has successfully coached numerous individuals and teams to unsurpassed results; and has created and led experiential team building, leadership, change, culture, accountability, communication, and emotional intelligence, workshops across the country. She has spoken at various organizations including the Women of Color conference, Black Engineer of the Year, and Baltimore Chapter of Masons. Teresa creates and leads webinars for senior and emerging leaders on an ongoing basis through partner organizations. She is a Certified Coach through the Coaches raining Institute, and the Fielding Institute, qualified in the MBTI and various 360 feedback instruments.
