NSBE Lifetime Member, Lyle D Gladney, CFM is a Customer Business Manager with Johnson Controls in the Atlanta Metro Area. Additionally, Lyle is a member of several organizations in Atlanta, including the NSBE Atlanta Professionals, the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Lyle chairs the Credentialing Committee for IFMA Atlanta. The committee governs the review of IFMA’s educational offerings to ensure compliance, quality and the continuous improvement of the learning experience for its members. Lyle holds both the Certified Facility Manager certification and the Facility Management Professional designation from the IFMA. Lyle earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. He resides in the Atlanta Metro Area along with his wife, Allison and their two children, Deyanna and LJ.
