Why do you love NSBE and what inspired you to join the REB?

I love NSBE because of the sense of community it provides. Through all the support and mentorship I received upon joining, I learned valuable leadership skills. Now, after being a member for three years I want to continue to grow in NSBE through the REB—I want to take the skills I have acquired to ensure I can impact more members and provide them with the necessary leadership skills to effectively run their boards.
