Registration and General Information
Online Registration NOW Open
The SEEK program accepts students on a first come, first serve basis. Priority is given to returning students. SEEK does not pre-screen students.
All students (including returning participants) must have a completed Google registration form to participate in the program
The following forms are required for students to attend. Downloadable here and emailed to accepted students.
Upon completion of the online Google registration form, you will see a "MESSAGE BOX" on your screen, this is your confirmation that your child's registration form was submitted successfully. You will not see this message again. We recommend that you print your screen and keep for your records. (Please note: This is NOT an official acceptance letter).
Students are accepted on a rolling basis until all spaces are filled.
Each registered student will receive an OFFICIAL Acceptance or Waitlist* letter via email begining in March. Please ensure your email is entered correctly and one that you check regularly as email is SEEK's main source of communication before, during and after the program.
If you do NOT receive an Acceptance or Wait list letter, your registration may not have been submitted successfully or there was a problem with you email. Please contact Quiana Piggee- SEEK Coordinator at email@example.com or 703-549-2207 ext. 242 with registration questions
Students placed on the waitlist will be considered in order of application submission date, if spots become available. As spots become available, we will continue accepting students from the waitlist through the first day of the program. In the event a spot becomes available you will be contacted via phone or email.
*Due to the high demand of the program, we are unable to provide specific information regarding our waitlist including, but not limited to position number, etc
SEEK will accept 100 students per grade level totaling 300 students per program.
Duration: Three (3) weeks (per site)
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm (Times may vary in certain locations)
*Before/ After care is NOT PROVIDED or COORDINATED by NSBE, SEEK
Students MUST be dropped off no earlier than 8:30am and picked up no later than 3:30pm.

Due to the high demand of the SEEK program, we require that students participate in the entire 3 weeks of the program. Students who are unable to meet this requirement will forfeit their spot in the program.
Parent involvement is an integral part of the sustenance and growth of the SEEK program. We require all parents attend a mandatory parent orientation and registration session held on the Saturday before the program begins (dates and locations TBA upon acceptance). Parents who do not attend the registration will forfeit their spot to a student on the waiting list. If you are unable to attend the mandatory orientation, you must arrange for a representative to attend on behalf of your child.
