Welcome back Region V!!!
This is your Region V AE Secretary 2009 – 2010, Simone George. I would like to personally welcome you to the 2009 - 2010 Communications Zone!! This year Region V is taking communication within the region to a whole new level.
This year we’re not only going to communicate via email, but we’re going to communicate through the regional AE website, Facebook, conference calls, and NSBE World. We’re taking communications outside the box this year!
NSBE is keeping up with the changing face of communication. We as the Vanguard Region are leading NSBE’s effort to ensure that we reach every alumni member.
During my term as Secretary, I will strive to keep the lines of communication open between the region and myself. I will make a special effort to be in constant communication with our Chapter Secretaries who remain the focal point for communication within the chapters. Rest assured, that information regarding national and regional NSBE news, information, special offers, and the like will be made available to all alumni members “hot off the press.”
Be on the lookout for the regional newsletters that will be coming out quarterly. There, you will find even more information regarding the region. Do you or your chapter want to be recognized for your outstanding achievements? Let me know. Let the region know. Let NSBE know. Let’s communicate.
