  • Member Spotlight: Paul Redwood

    NSBE Member, Paul Redwood was recently elected as Chairman to the Organization for Machine Automation and Control (OMAC) Board of Directors. OMAC is a professional organization for automation and manufacturing experts dedicated to supporting the machine automation and operation needs of manufacturing. Mr. Redwood has more than 25 years of experience in implementing automation technology and is a Technical Contributor to several automation Playbooks. Redwood holds a BSME from Hostra University and a Masters in Engineering Management from New Jersey’s Institute of Technology.

    Inside the Executive Suite Breakfast
    Inside the Executive Suite Breakfast features one-on-one interview format with a high profile corporate executive, government official, nonprofit leader, or celebrity figure with relevance to STEM.
    Executive Leadership Luncheon
    The Executive Leadership Luncheon will include a discussion about leading and managing at the highest levels of an organization and what valuable insights could be passed on to others. This open forum will allow for audience participation.
  • Aerospace Systems Conference: Call for Papers Deadline Extended


    The core of the NSBE Aerospace Systems Conference is its technical program. NSBE-ASC is designed to both communicate the state of the art in aerospace technology and challenge practitioners to develop new capabilities and skills.

    Technical Paper Tracks: Aeronautics and Astronautics themed tracks encompass the breadth and depth of the industry. Peer-reviewed technical papers within these tracks facilitate information exchange among aerospace professionals.

  • Announcement from Region III

    The NSBE Region III Professionals Present: STEMOLOGY is a gender empowerment event for students in grades 3-12 that uses Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) concepts and activities to motivate and inspire culturally responsible young minds of the next generation of leaders. What makes this event so special? All workshops are gender-based.

    This event will take place on January 27, 2018, in Marietta, GA at Kennesaw State University. We are looking for dynamic speakers to help inspire the next generation of leaders. Registration for this event will open at the beginning of the January.

    Call for Workshops closes on December 28, 2017. Call for Volunteers closes on January 15, 2018.
