In 2005, your National Executive Board voted to host the 2010 National Convention in Region I - Toronto ON, Canada. At this time, we are starting operations to execute this historic convention as it will be NSBE’s 1st ever International Convention. NSBE has never held a National Convention in another country or in a major city’s metropolitan area. The talent of this great region must now show itself, as NSBE members from Region II, III, IV, V, and VI will be anticipating a grand show across the border like none have ever seen, in March of 2010.
Attached here is the position application for the 17 positions of the 2010 National Convention Planning Committee (CPC). In addition to these opportunities, there is an infinite number of sub-committee and on-site staff support positions which will be needed in the near future. Please read the application and the description of the available positions. Priority will be given to applicants who reside in the Toronto ON, Canada area. Nonetheless, all Region I members are eligible to apply (of any membership category!). We plan on turning down ZERO applicants, as there is a spot for everyone to assist.
