event that you chapter is holding? Well, applying for Chapter Relief is
at your accessibility for that specific purpose. Please complete this
Chapter Assistance Request Form and send the completed file to the Region I Assistant Treasurer, Carly A. Cobbold
Purpose
The purpose of Chapter Relief Fund is to provide emergency financial assistance to chapters who are upholding the NSBE Mission. The Chapter Relief Fund can be used for accommodations to conferences and/or funding needed for chapter programs that fall within the NSBE mission.
Qualifications
- Chapter must be chartered and active via NOL.
- Chapter must be active within their region.
- Chapter must have submitted all monthly reports to their respective Zone Chairs
- All members on the Chapter Executive Board must be paid and active members via NOL.
- Budgets must be submitted. (Budgets should include all expenses and revenue).
The deadline to apply for Chapter Relief for Fall Regional Conference is October 10th 2008 at 5p.m.
Submit your completed Chapter Relief form to the Region I
Assistant Treasurer. Please include Chapter Relief and your school name
in the subject of the e-mail.
