Tasha Zephirin is a 1st year graduate student at Virginia Tech. She graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering in December 2007 from the same institution. Her NSBE involvement on the regional level includes serving as Region 2’s Charter Membership and International Committee Chair (2007-08). On the chapter level, she has served as Virginia Tech’s President Emeritus (2006-07), President (2005-06), PCI Chair (2004-05), and Freshman PCI Co-Chair (2003-04).
Tasha would love to work for an international engineering firm. She is also passionate about assisting with the development and matriculation of future engineers, and would like to remain involved in programs and organizations that focus on this area.
Her interest include music, movies, anything to do with a beach or sea, and spending time with family and friends. Tasha is open to any comments or ideas that Region 2 members may have throughout the year.
