PCI
MEMBERSHIP
The Pre-College Initiative Program provides a formal vehicle
through which NSBE collegiate and alumni (professional) members
can encourage pre-college students to develop interests and
skills in math and science.
Who is
eligible for NSBE Jr. Membership?
NSBE Jr. is a membership category for PCI students in grades
6 through 12. NSBE Jr. members form chapters in their schools.
All NSBE Jr. chapters are chartered through NSBE National Headquarters.
A school volunteer, such as a teacher or counselor, acts as
an advisor to the chartered chapter. A designated representative
from a local collegiate or alumni chapter can also serve as
a NSBE Jr. advisor to provide guidance and assistance to chapters.
