The current Region V Executive Board is dedicated to developing the leadership of the region. 
We understand that a dedication to leadership development ensures the viability of Region V chapter members in regional and national leadership. 

This region has a legacy of greatness; that is why it’s called the Vanguard Region.  To illustrate this point, some of the things that Region V accomplished before any other Region in the society are:

1. 1st Regional Advisory Board (RAB)
2. 1st PCI National Conference
3. 1st National Leadership Conference (NLC)
4. 1st to have a Regional Scholarship
5. 1st to have a Spring Regional Conference (SRC)
6. 1st to host the A Walk for Education (AWFE)
7. The only region to host the Spring Planning and Research Conference (SPRC)

All of the above items are indicative of the great leadership that was born in Region V leaders. 

This part of the Region V Website is designed to give users an insight into leadership.  It contains information about what’s going on in the region right now (State of the Region Presentations, Quarterly Reports and Updates to the NEB), what it takes to be an REB member (Position Descriptions, Presentations, and Application Packages), necessary items to run your chapter (Chapter Reference Manual), and highlights of chapters and REB members.
