On October 30 to November 1, 2009, Region 5, the Vanguard region, had its annual Fall Regional Conference. Hundreds of people were in attendance, including NSBE Jr., Collegiate, and Alumni members and Region 5's corporate sponsors. These are photos taken during the conference.
Fall Regional Conference 2009: Exhibitors
The Fall Regional Conference is coming up in a few weeks and we are very excited for this conference. It will be action packed and full of excitement.

Region 5 Shadowing Initiative
What is the Region 5 Shadowing Initiative?
The Region 5 Shadowing Initiative is a program is to stimulate interest in running for any position on the Regional Executive Board (REB). The membership will have an opportunity to learn in depth about a particular position on the board before they decide to become a candidate in the elections. In turn, the REB will have a chance to identify and mentor those members who have the potential to excel in a leadership position.

Rules
- Create a 5–7 minute video that embodies NSBE's mission.
- Show chapter events such as meetings, fundraisers, community service, social events, etc.
- NO Profanity, disrespectful remarks, etc.
- Dress appropriately because you are representing yourself, NSBE, your chapter, and your University.
