Undergraduate Studies in Technical Research
A competition designed to encourage our undergraduate members to participate in research programs and present their research at a conference. Participants create a poster displaying their research and give a presentation for a panel of judges. The top three winners will represent Region Six at the National Convention.

PCI Try Math-A-Lon
The Try-Math-A-Lon program is designed to expose pre-college students to core mathematics and science curricula needed to succeed as collegiate students pursuing technical degrees. The program also includes exposure to the history of black inventors and their inventions.

PCI Science Fair
The PCI Science Fair exposes middle and high school students to engineering and science before their matriculation into the college world. Each regional, individual or project team is required to submit a presentation in the fields of biological or life sciences, physical sciences or engineering. The top regional presenters compete in the National PCI Science at the NSBE National Convention.

PCI Model Rocketry Competition
As part of its ongoing effort to show pre-college students how science, engineering and math are interrelated, the PCI Model Rocketry Program introduces them to the basic concepts of model rocketry, while teaching them to build their own. The program includes three skill levels and also includes the Rocket Launch Competition
at the NSBE National Convention.
