This year the conference will be held on the beautiful UCLA campus, in sunny southern California, on August 10th through 12th. All participants will be lodged in the UCLA on-campus dorms.

This year's theme is "StrengthQuest: Strengthening Leadership Skills for Service." The conference is designed to give officers a jumpstart on their leadership duties and to strengthen their leadership skills by having them simulate or actually begin many of the tasks that will be required of them. Chapter officers will have the opportunity to network with many of NSBE's current and past leaders, on the regional and national levels.
