Victoria Hills, PEB Collegiate Initiative Chairperson Victoria Hills is a dynamic and driven professional from Flint, Michigan. She obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University in 2011, a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University in 2015 and currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration from Rice University in Houston, Texas.. After graduation, Ms. Hills pursued a career in the automotive, manufacturing and technology industries at companies such as General Motors, Fiat Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, Alarm.com and in May 2021 she will be a People Consultant at Cisco Systems in San Jose, CA.

With diversity and inclusion at the forefront of her career, Victoria has been successful at launching the second largest Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Ford Motor Company with over 3,500 members globally, created the first Black Employee network ERG at Alarm.com and plans to cultivate new recruiting strategies for diverse hires at Cisco.
