The sponsoring organization may determine the scholarship eligibility criteria, such as GPA, major, region, classification, attendance at a particular college, etc.

The sponsoring organization may review the applications and choose the recipient.

The sponsoring organization may require the scholarship recipients to serve in an internship.

The sponsoring organization may determine the dollar amount and quantity of the scholarship(s).
Minimum scholarship donation is $5,000. A 10% admin fee is added to the cost for ALL who purchase a scholarship.

NSBE Markets Scholarships Through the Following:
- E-mails to all members
- Social media posts
- NSBE website
- MyNSBE
- NSBE publications
- Fall Regional Conferences and National Convention
NSBE Does:
- Create the application based on a company's eligibility requirements and post it our our scholarship website for students to apply.
- Send the company the applications in an excel spreadsheet to select the winners or if the company prefers, NSBE will select the winners
- Communicate to the winners and non-winners
- Provide the winners' resumes to the company
NSBE Does Not:
- Only market one company's scholarship to a target audience
- Verify citizenship status outside of what a student provided on their member profile
- Customize queries to find students who qualify for a particular scholarship
- Review and edit student answers or coach them on completing an application
