Ralanda Nelson

Program Manager

Ralanda Nelson is the Integrated Pipeline Program manager. In her time at NSBE, she has worked to broaden professional development and career services programming for NSBE’s collegiate and professional members. She is primarily responsible for reporting, compliance, internship placement and relationship management. As program manager, Nelson leads mapping and implementation of the program while leveraging her professional background in technical recruiting and diversity and inclusion. Ruth Mayo

Program Coordinator

Ruth Mayo is the Career Services Coordinator for the Integrated Pipeline Program. She assists students with summer internships and job placement, during their tenure as scholars in the NGIP. Before joining NSBE, Mayo served as the Senior Program Assistant on the National Science Foundation's Graduate Research Fellowship Program (NSF GRFP) team at the American Society for Engineering Education. Within this role, Mayo advised prospective fellows on eligibility guidelines and lead compliance checks for the GRFP's application process. She also spearheaded a data metrics system which tracked various trends in queries from applicants, stake holders and university administration.
