Natasha Herring

Natasha Herring holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Dartmouth College and a Master of Science in Global Energy Management from University of Colorado, Denver’s Business School. She works as a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse helping utilities navigate competing priorities to positively impact their customers, business, and the planet. With close to a decade of experience in energy consulting, her career trailblazes the critical intersection of energy, sustainability, equity and systems. Herring’s dynamic skill set of solutionoriented engineering and business acumen allows her to creatively address global complex energy challenges. Beyond her professional experience, Herring is a published author in the International Journal of Business and Social Science, a board member for the Issachar Center of Urban Leadership, and an advocate for increasing the diversity pipeline into engineering and energy careers. She is committed to lifelong learning, building sustainable systems, and increasing access to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Education for students of color. Since college, Herring has been an active member of National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), previously serving in the Energy Special Interest Group (SIG) leadership positions, and currently she serves as President of the NSBE Denver Professionals Chapter. Herring is a thought leader, an energy visionary committed to integrity, leadership and shaping the future of the energy industry.
