About the Aerospace SIG Director

Enanga Daisy Fale is an experienced systems engineering and management professional. From a leadership perspective, her expertise and experience span engineering management, program management, project management, and leadership coaching. From a technical perspective, her expertise and experience span software development, systems design, integration, certification, and production of flight management, datalink communication, electric systems, or other ancillary systems in the aerospace and defense industry. Enanga holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Aviation Operations from St. Cloud State University, and a master's degree in Systems Engineering with a certificate in Human-Computer Interaction from Iowa State University. She relishes opportunities to drive technological advancement through engagement in nonprofit engineering organizations, technical standards boards, and working with educators in electrical and computer engineering programs. Enanga began her journey with NSBE in 2012 through the Aerospace SIG, where she primarily served as the Project Manager for the East Africa Spaceport Research project and most recently as the SIG’s Deputy Director.
