Erin Slayton is an experienced program manager and she has extensive experience with coordinating with the general public as well as agency stakeholders. Her background includes civil design, project management, program management and business management. Having worked for both the private and public sectors, Erin offers a strong ability to integrate technical problem-solving and communications skills. Her experience working on complex multi-billion dollar programs has sharpened her skills in meeting aggressive schedules, building consensus and driving decisions to keep projects moving forward. 

Erin received her BS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and her MS in Civil Engineering from University of Washington. Erin specializes in mega-project management and has held key roles on the $4.65B SR 520 Bridge Replacement and HOV Program in Seattle and the $1.7B South Mountain Freeway Project in Phoenix. She is currently working on the $1.5B Carolina Crossroads Project in Columbia, SC.

Erin served as the NSBE Professionals Region VI Secretary during the 2017-2018 program year.
