Victoria Gray has been an active member of NSBE for 8 consecutive year starting as a NSBE Jr. member. When she enrolled at Duke University she quickly stepped up to leadership serving as Chapter Secretary, Chapter President, and Region II Pub/PR Chair. Victoria attributes a portion of her success as an engineer to the National Society of Black Engineers which has supported and allowed her to experience tremendous growth not only as a scholar, but also as a leader. During her senior year she received an award for Undergraduate Student Leader of the Year where she was recognized for her efforts seen on campus with reshaping the collegiate chapter.
Through the 2015 NSBE Convention in Anaheim, Victoria landed an internship position with Northrop Grumman (NG) the summer before her graduating year which converted into a full-time position after she received Bachelor's of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering. After graduation, Victoria moved to California and started working as a Systems Engineer for NG. She had continued as a servant leader holding positions of Region VI Professionals PCI Chair, Pub/PR Chair, and Chair-Elect to lead her to the position of now Region VI Professionals Chairperson. Victoria strives to be a role model in her community by encouraging and inspiring youth to pursue STEM degrees and realize their full potential.
