Chapter Criteria
Chapter Criteria is designed to create a vision of one NSBE and to help Revive Region V. Using this criteria all chapters across our region will have the same tasks/action items they will need to complete each month to help our region succeed. The metrics created from the criteria will help in choosing our small, medium, and large chapter of the year as well as other chapter awards.
Listed Below is the different criteria that will be collected from each chapter each month.
Study Hours

Chapters will be required to meet as a chapter to study together and record the hours they reach as a chapter

Based on the number of members in a chapter, members will need to complete a determined amount of study hours

Community Service

Chapters will be required to complete a certain amount of community service hours each month

Based on the number of members in a chapter, members will need to complete a determined amount of study hours

Chapter Membership

Chapters will be required to report on the amount of membership that attends meetings each month

Chapters will be required to report on the amount of active members in their chapter each month
Conference Calls
All chapter presidents (vice presidents) will be required to sit on presidential conference calls. If 2 calls are missed, without an appropriate excuse, their chapter will not be eligible for any regional or national awards.
Miscellaneous Tasks
These tasks will be case by case and all chapters will be notified in an appropriate manner on when these tasks need to be completed.
