The Fall Regional Conferences (FRCs) of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) provide your organization with the opportunity to source candidates on a local level and help achieve your fall recruitment needs. Combining education, networking and job opportunities, FRCs allow your organization to recruit Black engineers from your regional communities.
Each FRC includes a Career Fair, where organizations recruit the best and brightest STEM talent. These unique, region-targeted events are the perfect place to match qualified candidates to your open positions and internships on a national level and at your regional and district offices. In addition, they allow students to find local job opportunities and are ideal for local employers looking to recruit top talent.
