Akissi C Lewis is a Strategic Professional who partners with C Suite Executives to make their portfolios real.  After spending a decade in one of largest Pharmaceutical corporations in the world growing in roles increasing in responsibility and accountability, Akissi went on to open her own boutique management consulting firm assisting teams with organizational change management & design initiatives, lean management exercises to achieve greater productivity all while serving in National Board roles focused on Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.  She is also the founder of D&I focused non-profit.

Akissi’s deep understanding of the human element has made her invaluable to the teams she works with.  She connects with the most valuable asset of a corporation, our human resource, to assist with creating a positive culture to sustain the powerful reputation of the firm.

Akissi achieved the designations of Master Black Belt of Six Sigma, ITIL Expert, PMP and Change Management Expert.  She holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering and a Master of Engineering with a concentration in Bioinformatics.
