Jabreel Walker

Jabreel Walker is currently a Technical Trainer and Adjunct Instructor at Delgado Community College. She received her B.S in chemical engineering in 2009 from Prairie View A&M University. Since moving to New Orleans post graduation, Jabreel has been involved with several professional and community organizations, some continuing membership from college. She is a member of the SWE Greater New Orleans Professional Section and NSBE National Society of Black Engineers. She participated in the Young Leadership Council (YLC) leadership development program, and is an active participant in the College Admissions Project (CAP) and Power Ties. She participated in the Emerging Philanthropists of New Orleans (EPNO) , and is also a graduate of the inaugural cohort of Urban Leaders for  Equity and Diversity (ULEAD) with the Urban League of Greater New Orleans. She is very passionate about young people and helping them develop the skills necessary to be successful post high school graduation.
